Quotations:
Confirmed Bookings:

Bookings
are not confirmed until they are secured by payment of 50% deposit (cheque,
money order, cash, internet transfer) or credit card details (phone, fax,
mail or secure online booking form).

Bookings
not secured within 7 days may be cancelled.

Securing
a Booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Accounts:
-
Tariff
includes room rate only except when booking packages.
-
Package
prices are based on one night twin share accommodation unless specified.

Accounts
are required to be settled in full prior to check out.

Guests
departing prior to 8:00 am are requested to settle their account the
previous evening.

The
following payment methods are available:
Cash,
Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, EFTPOS,
American Express Travellers Cheques.

No
Surcharge is applied to Credit Card payments.

Personal
and business cheques are not accepted when settling the account without
prior arrangement with management.

Long
stay guests will be invoiced on a weekly basis.
Cancellations -
Single Reservations:
-
More than 48 hours notice - you may
reschedule your reservation for another date. If you are unable to
reschedule, an administration fee of $20 will be charged.

Less than 48 hours notice ñ an
administration fee of $20 plus a cancellation fee equivalent to the
first nightís tariff will be charged.
Group Reservations:
-
More than 30 days notice ñ you may
reschedule your reservation for another date. If you are unable to
reschedule, an administration fee of $50 will be charged.

Less than 30 days notice ñ an
administration fee of $50 plus a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of
the total tariff will be charged.
-
Less than 14 days notice ñ an
administration fee of $50 plus a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of
the total tariff will be charged.
