Terms & Conditions

Quotations:

Bookings are not reserved at the time of Quotation and are subject to availability.

Accounts:

Tariff includes room rate only except when booking packages.
Package prices are based on one night twin share accommodation unless specified.
Accounts are required to be settled in full prior to check out.
Guests departing prior to 8:00 am are requested to settle their account the previous evening.
The following payment methods are available:

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS.

No Surcharge is applied to Credit Card payments.
Personal and business cheques are not accepted when settling the account without prior arrangement with management.

Cancellations -

Single Reservations:

We request that if the need arises and you need to cancel, that you give us 48 hours notice.
Less than 48 hours notice a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

No Show:

If you fail to arrive on the day of your reservation and do not notify us, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total tariff will be charged.

Check In & Check Out:

Check In Time	2:00 pm
Check Out Time	10:00 am
Late Checkout Fee (by noon)	$40.00
Late Checkout Fee (after noon)	Full day tariff applies

Late check out requires prior arrangement and is subject to availability.
Failure to check out by 10.00 am will indicate that you are extending and therefore a further day's tariff could be charged to your account.
